If you completed a purchase online, which includes any product or service, virtual or in-person, all sales are final.

[KEEP IN MIND] All Bulk Packages to schools, individuals, organizations or corporations, need to be ordered and paid in full, 30 calendar days prior to when its delivery is needed. Once order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to change your shipping address, please send your request in writing at least 10 business day prior to that shipping date. Additional charges may apply.
